Early Friday morning:

20 each box jumps, squats, push ups, situps, run 1 mile x 2 for time
Total time: 23:18

Ran 1 mile on the treadmill to warm up.

Had hoped to hit the gym after work and before a reunion dinner with old and dear friends, but ended up being in the office later than anticipated.

Dinner was totally worth it though as we had the best time. So cool when you pick up with people you haven't seen in years and its like its right where you left off :) Great time!
