tabata... finally got THAT done

a.m. 1st CF WODtabata: box jumps, push ups, lunges, situps

box jumps: 11, 9, 11, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12
push ups: 12, 12, 10, 8, 9, 6, 7, 6
lunges: 10, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9
sit ups: 13, 14, 13, 12, 10, 12, 11, 11

p.m. 2nd CF WOD: 30 dead lift @ half body weight / 1000M Row
I did 60 (plus bar weight - 38lbs.)

Total time was 10:46 - this includes time it took to break down the bar and put weights back so as not to leave it laying in the middle of the free weight area in the gym so don't really know how long the workout took. Nice, efficient little workout for Friday after work.

Didn't have enough daylight for the 20K TT so will hammer that out in the a.m.
