I ran .3 miles x2 and .2 miles x2

Killer workout!

I did 40 - 45 - 45 - 40 - 40

Talk about weak...

Planning an open water swim at Lake Terramuggus tomorrow morning. Gotta make sure I can squeeze myself into the ole' wetsuit :O
