Okay this workout was an unpleasant reminder that my upper body is weak!
Coach allowed me to downgrade weight for the thrusters to 45#. So I started with that. First time up over my head, I was reminded that my left shoulder has an issue. At that weight, this was not gonna work for me. I had no trouble with 25# the other night so I know I can get the shoulder to cooperate up to a point. Decided to lose 10 lbs on the bar and try it with 35# so as not to be a total wuss. This did not aggravate the shoulder so I went with it. Was a real struggle getting through that first 21 and then every additional one after that...
This workout not fun!
