4 x 5k bike intervals

4 5K @ 3 minutes rest

After work out on the street with my tri bike. Waited til the sun started to go down so it would be a bit cooler. Legs felt a little dead getting started, but happy with the results. I pushed hard and kept pushing myself to push even a little harder even when I thought I was giving it all I had.
