My watch died mid workout :)
I also ran 1 easy mile on the treadmill to warm up and 1 easy but faster mile on the treadmill to warm down: 9:33, 9:10
Feeling pretty good post race. Ankle that I turned is a little sore as is my hamstring. Very minor. Felt good to get sweaty.
