I didn't rush this one. Wanted to get all of the thrusters done at 45#s and took necessary breaks to do so. I did the dips using Olympic bar down low to ground (like bench dips). Pleased that I was able to complete the thruster sets all at 45#.
Did the CF WOD immediately following the bike tabata.
Days are getting short. This'll be a challenge moving forward. Dread putting the bike on the trainer...
