Getting pretty strong with the dead lifts. Might have done better had I not done this immediately after the bike workout.
Did the bike workout outside on my tri bike. I usually make an effort not to stand on my tri bike - even on the hills, so this was something totally different for me. This got pretty tough after the 4th or 5th interval, but it was kinda fun! The neighbors pretty much have me pegged as crazy :)
