Okay, I'm pretty happy with these splits. Ran outside this evening. I thought I might die after each one of these...Really tried to do the last one a little faster than the 3rd, but it didn't happen. Set my Garmin to interval workout. Couldn't see the time, only the distance. To go sub 8 on all of these was a pleasant surprise :)
