WOD: Dead lifts 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1
138, 158, 178, 178, failed at 188, 178, 158, 158 lbs.
Ran 1 mile at just under 9 minute pace to warm up. Ran another 2 miles after at avg. 8:50 MPH. Legs felt strong and the run was comfortable.
Lots of procrastinating before I got this workout under way. Felt really good once I got it done :)
