lots of long climbs on this route -- not necessarily real steep, but long and slow -- not a bad pace considering
Rode a total of 1:08 and covered 20.21 miles. Hot and humid!
CF WOD: 5 push ups, 10 sit ups, 15 squats AMRAP in 20 minutes
Completed 23 full rounds plus 5 push ups, 10 situps and 8 squats
Sweaty!
